Xtudio will approach your project in 6 phases:
- User Research - Xtudio will research who, what, and where your users are and explore the desired experiences.
- Analysis - By using personas, user stories, and user flows to summarize your user base, Xtudio will hone in on realistic expectations of your targeted users.
- Wireframes and Prototyping - Xtudio will develop lo-fi and then hi-fi web and mobile wireframes based on the user research and analysis. Finally we will deliver working prototypes.

User Testing - Xtudio will test our prototype with your user base and refine as necessary.

Implementation - Xtudio will put it all together and deliver a Beta release for final testing before establishing a full schedule.
- Validation - Xtudio will utilize analytic tools to verify the effectiveness of our designs and make adjustments as necessary.
