Agreement

By creating an account or using xtud.io ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Plans, requests & billing

• Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled.
• Monthly request allowances do not roll over beyond one month.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Annual plans include any bonus requests advertised at purchase.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to violate any law, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, or upload content you don't have rights to. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to operate the Service for you.

Termination

You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these Terms.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
